By accessing or using Guest List Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. Nature of Service
Guest List Now provides:
- Free guest list submissions
- A booking directory of venues
- Promotional and intermediary services
We act solely as an intermediary (promoter) between users and venues.
We do not operate venues and do not control venue policies.
3. No Guarantee of Entry
Submission to a guest list does not guarantee entry.
Entry is always subject to:
- Venue discretion
- Capacity limits
- Dress code requirements
- Venue policies
- Management decision
Venues have the final say on admission.
4. Dress Code & Conduct
Users must comply with venue dress codes and conduct policies.
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without liability to Guest List Now.
5. No Payment Processing
Guest List Now does not process payments and does not collect or store payment information.
Any payments made at venues are solely between you and the venue.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not misuse the website
- Not submit false or fraudulent booking requests
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Guest List Now shall not be liable for:
- Denied entry
- Venue decisions
- Event cancellations
- Injuries or losses occurring at venues
- Actions or omissions of venues
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed SGD $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLUB TECH GLOBAL PTE LTD from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the website
- Your conduct at venues
- Violation of these Terms
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or venue closures.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by CLUB TECH GLOBAL PTE LTD and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
